Plants Amidst Zombies

The last few days were good–I had a nice speech delivery for a major subject amidst necessary panic; I had some of the best times with my closest friends amidst academic labor; and I obtained a crucial literature I need for my thesis amidst willful ignorance. Fate has been good to me. Well, I just don’t know how long she’ll be that way.
The First of The Last

Yesterday was a Friday the 13th and I sure experienced what it wanted to offer. One of my classes (which I already enrolled and paid for) was dissolved by the department due to the below-minimum number of enrolees. I had to transfer to another class which has a conflict with another class. So, I have to cancel that another class—But when I cancel that another class, I have to find an alternative. And oh, both classes are already full so I have to undergo a very bureaucratic process. All in all, in UP speak, I had to Change Matriculation and Add Slot. Oh well, at least I survived wandering towards my enrolment for my last semester in UP Manila.

Most of my recent (an overstatement) entries here at my personal blog were mere links or teasers for my academic blog entries. This is reflective of the fact that I don’t have a personal life since most of my hours were spent for the thing called academics. Now I feel the pressure to tell stories I weren’t able to tell during my leave of absence. To lessen my thinking time (because my crazy brain is tired), I will be posting pictures and I will be telling a short story behind each image.
