Edsa n. Where n stands for any positive integer.
The anniversary of EDSA People Power 1 was more than the celebration itself (or maybe less), the celebration (if that was) was only bunches of political-stampedes, street-dwellers and the state-of-emergency declaration. After having the nation’s hiatus during the SEA games and Pacquiao-Morales bout, we are back again to our selfish thrones. Filipinos are like that. United if we have the cause and disunite in the other hand if we want to. I will not talk about the two sides here, I’ll talk about the nation as a whole. This kind of scenery is not new, we are only continuing the wicked story that we ourselves start. Leaders of this country make their best effort and so are the citizens. But now, where are the fruits of this labor? Here.. this situation.. is the product. There is something wrong. But we don’t know it. A says it’s B. B says it’s C. C says it’s A. Who’s who? In my own humble opinion, excluding the human-factor for it, the current political system makes the connection short-circuit. I am on the side of those who want the political system be changed. For the past decades, we are walking on the same path, obviously, if we continue to this kind of path, we’ll get the same kind of everything. Maybe, our leaders could have the initiative upgrade the earth we are walking. But they are considering the other side’s business and so is the other side. Luckily, our president had the eagle’s eyes to see up-above the nature of what we are walking. Our past presidents should have seen that but many politicians are covering it. This is the time. If this is not then when?
I lack substantiation here!

I already got my fone from WeLLcom service center, actually, they don’t have the enough powers to have my fone repaired (they were not authorized my Moto) and they still have to forward it to the Main office of Motorola Philippines (Smartnet Phils.). The good thing is, my fone got sick during his childhood. Well, for all warranty holders out there, you should have your fone sick as soon as possible in order for you to have a free medication service/s–Yeah! There should be a “lifetime warranty” for all cellular phones or they should extend it from a year to a decade. Fones usually got their sickness during their senior citizen years. Ermm.. I gotta change as soon as possible though.. But I should be contented with this (and I am). My folks’ wallets and bank accounts are in the state-of-emergency. Actually, we are goin’ to Iloilo for some family chorvahan there.. And our transpo fee alone is almost 15,000 bucks. And it is under promo period–(Waa?!). I’m a little bit excited but I have to miss the canceled SciCamp (blame to you EDSA 1) and hope to have my beloved PhP 350 back. I’ll be absent for Friday, that’s MArch the 3rd and Monday, March the sixth. Luckily, our final tests were early and we just to have our MaSci-killed brains to their playground–clearance and grad-practice week ahead! Godspeed batch 2006!

Yesterday, that was Friday, it was the EDSA revolution (the first part) reaching her second decade as a part of the Philippine history and the never-ending search of the Filipino’s freedom on everything (Yeah, we want freedom on everything). But I don’t want to talk about it. When I got to school for our final day of the seniors’ finals, everybody’s outside.. Actually, when I was walking from UN avenue, I am bit confused why there are a number of maScians goin’ the opposite direction of maSci. When I got there, I got the news.. no classes.. science camp suspended.. Yeah.. That was a bit fun because I’ll have an opportunity to re-study Advanced Chemistry (FM’s just a logic.. Humanities? I already studied for it.. and I don’t really care for that subject). Well, we went to Eden’s house just to relax for a while and have a taste of her lola’s delicacy– it was great indeed. After that, we went to Jom’s house to pay a last respect to his great father. Some of the Moseley boys were at the “69.com” (?!) computer shop playing DoTA. We waited for a minute and there we went to joms’ house. We played different card games and we had fun. I am also happy that Joms’ really have the guts to laugh, to smile and to have just a normal life (his was really silly). It was roughly 2:30 in the afternoon that we needed to bid farewell. When we are waliking towards the LRT Libertad station, Eden, as usual, is texting.. Maybe having his Unlimited text service to be “sulit”. Then mysteriously, she just was gone. Andrea said that she needs to get her “naiwan” at Joms’ house.Well, OK. But that still bothers me.. hehe.. I think.. that was not a “naiwan” stuff.. maybe yes.. but not a material one.. ;)
